Rules for the Free Beach Bag Promotion

General Terms and Conditions

1. Promotion Period:
- The promotion runs from Thursday, June 6, 2024, until Sunday, June 9, 2024, 11:59 PM. Orders placed outside this period are not eligible for the free beach bag.

2. Participation:
- The promotion is valid for all customers who place an order via the official Josephine & Co webshop.
- Only orders with a total amount of at least €249.90 are eligible for the free beach bag.

3. How to Qualify:
- Place an order of at least €249.90 on the webshop.
- The minimum spend of €249.90 excludes shipping costs and any discounts or promotions.
- Add the beach bag to your cart yourself once you meet the spending requirement.

4. Restrictions:
- The free beach bag cannot be exchanged for cash or any other product.
- The promotion is limited to one free beach bag per order and per customer.
- This promotion cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts unless otherwise stated.

5. Stock:
- The availability of the free beach bag depends on stock. While supplies last.

6. Returns:
- If you decide to return products and the total amount of your order falls below €249.90, you must also return the free beach bag.
- If the beach bag is not returned, a charge of €109.90 will be applied.

7. Exclusion:
- The webshop reserves the right to exclude customers from the promotion in the event of suspected abuse or fraud.

8. Changes and Termination:
- The webshop reserves the right to modify the promotion terms or terminate the promotion early without prior notice.
