Exchange & Returns

1. REGISTER

If you are not satisfied with your purchase and wish to return/exchange an item, please send back your order within 14 days of receiving it. You can easily return or exchange your items by clicking on the black button "START HERE".

After filling in your order number and the email address used when placing the order, you can select the item(s) you wish to return or exchange.

2. PACK

Orders must be returned unused and in the original packaging. Don't forget to remove or cover the old shipping label.

3. SEND

Bring your package to a post office within 3 business days after registration.

4. REFUND

Once our distribution center has received your return, you will receive a refund within 14 working days.
