Returns & Exchanges
You can return your order within 14 days of receiving it via our return portal.
You can easily register your return via our return portal. After registration, you will receive instructions on how to return your package.
You will receive a digital barcode or QR code, which can be scanned at a drop-off point of the selected carrier. There is no need to print a return label.
Return shipping costs are at your own expense. The exact cost will be shown when registering your return and depends on the weight of your package.
