Orders placed on business days before 4:00 PM (16:00) are shipped the same day.
Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays are processed and shipped on the next business day.

While we always do our best to process and ship your order as quickly as possible, delivery may take slightly longer than you are used to.

All parcels are shipped with DHL.
Delivery attempts

DHL will usually attempt delivery twice.

After the first failed attempt, the parcel may be delivered to a neighbor or a second attempt will be scheduled (usually the next business day).
Missed delivery?

You will receive a note in your mailbox or an e-mail notification.

After two failed attempts, the parcel is delivered to a DHL ServicePoint.
Collection at ServicePoint

Parcels are typically held for up to 2 weeks.

Please bring a valid ID when collecting your parcel.
Track your order
After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail.
Once your parcel has been collected by DHL, you will receive a Track & Trace code to follow your shipment.
