Unfortunately, it is not possible to exchange items for a different size . If you would like a different size, simply return the item and place a new order for the correct size in our webshop.

Q: Returning multiple orders

Placed multiple orders? Please make sure to register each order separately in the return portal. For a correct processing and refund, every order with a unique order number must be registered individually.

Not sure about your item? No worries. You can easily return your order within 14 days of receiving it through our return portal.

Please make sure items are unworn, undamaged and returned with the original tags attached.

How returns work

1. Register your return

Go to the return portal and enter your order number and email address. Then select the items you would like to return.

During the registration you can choose which carrier you prefer to ship your return with, such as DPD or DHL.

After registering your return, you will receive an email with a QR code. You can show this code at a DHL or DPD parcel point near you and have it scanned directly from your phone. There is no need to print a shipping label.

2. Pack your item

Place the items in the original packaging with the tags still attached. Please remove or cover any old shipping labels.

3. Send your return

Drop off your parcel within 3 days after registering your return at a DPD or DHL parcel point, depending on the carrier you selected during the return registration.

4. Refund or store credit

When registering your return you can choose between a refund via the original payment method or a store credit for our webshop.

If you choose store credit, you will receive €5 extra shop credit.

Once we have received and processed your return, the refund or store credit will be issued within 14 days. Any shipping costs paid with your original order will also be refunded.

Store credit

If you choose store credit when registering your return, you will receive the value of the returned items + €5 extra to spend in our webshop.

You will receive this as a discount code by email once your return has been processed.

You can enter this code during checkout and the discount will be applied to your next order.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

If you paid shipping costs when placing your order, these will always be refunded once your return is processed.

Good to know

Please keep your proof of shipment until your return has been processed.

We recommend sending your return insured.

Insuring your return shipment is required to guarantee a refund. If you choose not to insure your return, the risk of loss or damage during transport remains with the sender and we cannot guarantee a refund.
